  • On-device only

Compression and conversion run in the browser — pixels never leave your phone or computer.

  • No photo upload

During processing the file body does not go over the network. Save mobile data: you are not shipping megabytes to someone else’s server.

  • No ads

We do not show ads and we do not accept your files. We physically never see your photos.

  • We don’t store photos

We do not save images on a server or in the cloud. Open, process, download.

How it works

Your photo stays in browser memory and is not sent to our server during compression. Opening the site still downloads the page as usual. For visit stats we may use Google Analytics: page, device type, button clicks — not file names or pixels. Language choice may be remembered in the browser. Analytics cookies are Google’s; you can limit them in browser settings. You can also press Offline in the header to cache this language’s tool pages and engines on your device; your files are still not uploaded.

A browser PNG encoder doesn’t do heavy lossless like pngquant or oxipng. If you don’t need transparency, WebP or JPG shrinks far more.

For text screenshots try WebP first: often lighter than PNG and more readable than harsh JPEG. Check logo alpha edges.

Batch PNG → ZIP on the device, no sign-up. If the file barely changed — switch output format instead of twisting the PNG slider.

FAQ

Why did the PNG barely shrink?

Lossless PNG is limited. Switch the output format to WebP or JPG.

Need transparency and small size?

Aim for WebP. JPG kills transparency with a light fill.

Is this a TinyPNG replacement?

No: there’s no cloud lossless here. But the file never leaves your computer. For icon archives, CLI optimizers are still stronger.
